2026.0280, City RFQ & RFP - Commissioning Agent Services for Rippowam IAQ Project Project is funded in whole or in part with State of CT DAS funds. Per Sec. 10-287 this will be a combined Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals. Proposals meeting the qualifications criteria in the RFQ will be reviewed. RFQ/RFP Opening: March 19, 2026 at 4:00 PM per Addendum No 1 No RFQ/RFP Deposit or Pre-Proposal Meeting Project Manager: Josh Noggle, Building Systems Engineer All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare ( https://stamfordct.procureware.com ). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
