University of Kentucky, Construction Procurement Section, Room #322 Peterson Service Building, 411 South Limestone, Lexington, Kentucky 40506-0005, in the manner and on the date hereinafter specified for the furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, tools, appliances, equipment, services, etc., necessary for the construction of PROJECT# #3297.10 2026 Parking & Transportation Maintenance Package B, as set forth in the specifications and as shown on the drawings for as prepared by THP Limited, Inc. and approved by the Construction Procurement Section and under the terms and conditions of this Invitation. 2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Garage No. 3 (Drawings 304-306): Lump Sum: • L6 and Ramp to L5: Remove and replace waterproofing membrane and underlying sealants. • L6 New parking line striping • SE Stair paint metal framing • L4, L5, L6: Paint barrier cable standoffs. • L6: Repair EFIS column wrap Unit Price: • Concrete slab repairs • Deteriorated metal deck repairs • Concrete curb repairs • Rout and seal cracks • L4, L5, L6 Parking stop replacements • Concrete stair replacement • Barrier Cable repairs Garage No. 7 (Drawings 701-702): Lump Sum: • Level 2 Membrane replacement at pour strips • Level 2 Membrane recoat • Pressure wash clean walls • Miscellaneous sealant repairs • L2: Remove and Replace interior façade sealant • Column painting repairs Unit Price: • Level 2 Replace interior cove sealants AB-2 Garage No. 8 (Drawings 800-806): Lump Sum: • Recoat waterproofing membrane at pour strips • Remove and replace waterproofing membrane at pour strips and drains. • Parking line striping repairs at membrane • Silane water repellant on brick façade • Cleaning and coating of precast embed plates • Cleaning of drains • Removal and replacement of winged expansion joints Unit Price: • Ground level concrete slab repairs • Miscellaneous concrete slab, vertical surface, beam bottom and joint edge repairs. • Epoxy injection repairs • Grout pocket repairs • Miscellaneous cove sealant replacement • Bollard and signage base plate cleaning and coating • Bollard and signage base plate replacement • Flexible gutter and downspout replacement • Barrier cable repairs 3. METHOD OF RECEIVING BIDS Bids will be received from Prime Contractors on a Lump Sum Amount for the total project. All phases of the work shall be bid to and through the Prime Contractors. Bids shall be submitted in the manner herein described and on the official proposal form included with the conditions and specifications and shall be subject to all the conditions as set forth and described in the Bid Documents.
