Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified offerors to establish a contract, through competitive negotiations, with a Contractor to conduct, analyze, and provide statistically valid estimates through a statewide survey to estimate the prevalence of gambling, problem gambling, and to measure gambling-related behaviors related knowledge and perceptions in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
