Print Bid Title: Request for Proposals for Civil Engineering Services: Samara Avenue Reconstruction Project Category: Requests for Proposals Status: Closed Description: BROOKINGS COUNTY SEEKS REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS Brookings County is using a Modified Qualifications-Based Best Value Selection process and soliciting proposals from interested parties to provide Civil Engineering Services for a reconstruction project of Samara Avenue in the City of Volga, South Dakota to improve and promote pedestrian safety and corridor walkability, to improve the connectivity of storm water management systems, to raise aesthetics and create a favorable impression, to improve truck traffic flow and stimulate economic development. Applicants must submit one (1) hard copy and one (1) digital copy of the proposal to: Ms. Stacy Steffensen 520 3rd Street, Suite 210 Brookings, SD 57006 605-696-8205 To be considered, proposals must be received by Tuesday, March 16, 2021 at 2:00 PM CST. Respondents assume the risk regarding the method of submission and Brookings County assumes no responsibility for delays caused by any delivery service.
