Print Bid Title: Air Sealing and Weatherizing of the Belfast Police Station Building Category: City Manager Status: Closed Description: The City of Belfast is looking to hire a contractor to install insulation and perform other specific air sealing and weatherization work at the Belfast Police Station located at 112 Church Street. Experience in detailed weatherization and air sealing is required. The City has prepared a bid package which can help contractors address these issues. Bid packages can be picked up at the City Manager's Office or by calling 338-3370 x10. There is a mandatory pre-bid walk through on Thursday, October 4th at 5:00 pm at the Police Station. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked "Belfast Police Stations Weatherization Bid" and submitted to the City of Belfast City Clerk's Office at 131 Church Street, Belfast, Maine 04915 no later than Friday, October 12th at 3:00 p.m. A public bid opening will follow immediately thereafter. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
