Print Bid Title: Request for Proposals for Professional Consulting Services for Water and Sewer Study Alcova Cabins Category: Parks Status: Closed Description: Notice is hereby given that the Natrona County Parks Department ("Parks") is seeking professional services for an assessment of the current water wells and septic systems ("System") located within the 100 lots of the Alcova Cabins (such improvements being referred to herein as the "Work" or the "Project"). Parks is hereby requesting Proposals from Consultant Firms ("Consultant") to assess the current water wells and septic systems and provide recommendation on future well and septic capacity as well as regulatory and environmental concerns with the current infrastructure and expansion with future systems. Once a qualified Consultant is selected pursuant to the provisions of Natrona County's procurement procedures, Parks shall negotiate a contract with the selected firm for its services in completing the Public Work. The firm will be required to provide its proposed draft of such a contract for discussion purposes. Complete proposals must be received by 2:00 pm MDT, September 24, 2025 at: PO Drawer 848 Mills, WY 82644 or delivered to Parks at: 538 SW Wyoming Blvd Mills, WY To request a complete RFP package which fully details the services to be provided by the Consultant ultimately selected, contact Parks at 307-235-9325.
