Texas Tech University(“TTU”) is seeking competitive Responses to a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for SecurityEquipment and Services for the Reese National Security Complex (formerly theReese Technology Center) located in western Lubbock, Texas, at theunincorporated community of Reese Center. The purpose of this RFP is to awardqualified Proposers to supply necessary goods and equipment (both “Equipment”),installation, services, maintenance, and expertise, collectively referred to asServices, related to access limitation and site monitoring and response.Services will vary depending on the nature of individual projects.
