COMMONWEALTH UNIVERSITY of PENNSYLVANIA – BLOOMSBURG CAMPUS
CWU-57-B: MONTGOMERY PLACE APARTMENTS DOOR REPLACEMENT
CWU – Bloomsburg campus invites General Contractors to download documents for this project.
The Work included under this Project consists of the replacement of existing exterior doors, thresholds, and door hardware with new, in-kind doors, thresholds, and door hardware.
Work for the Project shall be accomplished by a single prime contractor in accordance with Pennsylvania statute. The Prime Contractor shall be the General Contractor. Specific instructions for coordination and responsibilities of the Prime Contractor are contained in Section 013100, Project Management and Coordination, and elsewhere throughout the Contract Documents.
A mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on November 18, 2025, at 1:00 PM in Monty’s Multi-Purpose Room on the campus of Bloomsburg University, Bloomsburg PA 17815.
Electronic Bids are due no later than 1:00 PM, EDT on December 16, 2025, through PennBid located at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/
The Bid package is available at no cost via PennBid at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com/. In order to submit a proposal, interested bidders need to register with PennBid. Registration is a free process that takes only a few minutes. Once registered, bidders may obtain all solicitation documents, receive notification of solicitation updates, and submit and update their confidential bids online
Questions regarding this project shall be submitted via the “Ask a Question” feature in PennBid. Responses to questions which require changes to the Bidding Documents will be posted on PennBid. Bidders who have registered with and downloaded documents for this project from PennBid will be notified by email when a change or addenda has been posted.
