Print Bid Title: FY 2019 Highway Pavement Markings Category: Public Works Status: Closed Description: The City of Montpelier will receive bids at the office of the Public Works Director, City Hall, 39 Main Street, Montpelier, VT 05602, for Highway Pavement Markings. Bids will be accepted until 10:00 am on Wednesday, April 3, 2019, at which time and place all bids received will be opened and publicly read aloud. No other form will be accepted. All questions must be submitted no later than four (4) days prior to the acceptance of bids. All addenda items will be sent via email to each contractor receiving this document. No Addenda will be issued no later than three (3) days prior to the date for receipt of Bids, except an Addendum withdrawing the request for Bids, or one which includes postponement of the date for receipt of Bids. Preparation of Bids All bids must be made on the required bid form, typewritten or handwritten in ink. All blank spaces on the bid form must be fully completed and executed when submitted. A price must be included for all unit items and a total bid price provided. No unit bid prices of $0 will be allowed. Addenda, if any, must be acknowledged in the space provided. Each sealed bid must be clearly marked “Montpelier Highway Pavement Marking Bid” and hand delivered or mailed to the Director of Public Works, City Hall, 39 Main Street, Montpelier, Vermont 05602. No other form of delivery will be accepted.
