Wells 10, 11,12 and Collection Pipeline - Bid Package 4

Competitive sealed proposals (CSP) for the City of College Station Wells 10, 11, 12 and Collection Pipeline Project will be received at the City of College Station, 1101 Texas Avenue, College Station, Texas 77840 on the 3rd Floor – Purchasing Division. Proposals are to be turned in by 2:00 P.M., prevailing time on April 14th, 2026. Said procurement shall include Bid Package #4 for the City of College Station Wells 10, 11, 12 and Collection Line Project as described in the Bid Documents. Bid Package #4 includes but is not limited to all work, labor, equipment, personnel, materials and subcontractors necessary to complete the requirements of the proposal documents including the Little Brazos River Micro Tunnel Installation (4.01) Competitive sealed proposals (CSP) shall be addressed to Daniel Murray, Garney Companies, Inc. Bids shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes marked “Price Proposal” and “Technical Proposal” with the project name “City of College Station Wells 10, 11, 12 and Collection Line - Bid Package #4”. For further details refer to Specification Section 00 21 13 Instructions to Bidders, Section 8 Submissions of Bids. Any Bid proposal received after 2:00 p.m., prevailing time on April 14th, 2026 will be returned unopened. No bid proposal may be changed, amended, or modified after the above time and date. A bid may, however, be withdrawn and resubmitted any time prior to the time set for receipt of bids. A mandatory pre-bid conference for all Bidders is scheduled for 2:00 PM prevailing time on March 31st, 2026. Immediately following the pre-bid meeting at 3:30 PM, a site visit will be conducted to give potential bidders an opportunity to visit the site.
