CST, Tuesday, June 4, 2019 for the Brookings City & County Lawn and Snow Removal Services . All bids will then be publicly opened and read. Such bids are to provide for lawn care and snow removal services for the Brookings City & County Government Center, County Courthouse and 1921 Building. Specifications and bidding blanks may be inspected and procured at the City Clerk’s Office, 520 3rd Street, Brookings City & County Government Center, Suite 230, Brookings, South Dakota or online at the City of Brookings website . Questions should be directed to the Jackie Lanning, City Engineer, at 605-692-6629 or . All bidders are required to hold all applicable South Dakota tax licenses. All bids must be signed and submitted in a sealed envelope and shall state on the left hand corner of the envelope “Bid for City & County Lawn and Snow Removal Services.” Any bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. Bids may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the actual opening thereof. Action on the bids will occur within 30 days of the bid opening. The City and County of Brookings reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids.
