Initially this includes replacing 6 current copiers with comparable capabilities and handling any additional copier needs as legacy printers are retired. We have active contracts currently so that would need to be considered as well. Service response times are expected to be under eight hours and includes working at the Montpelier Police Station where technicians may need to be vetted for building access.
