The project has been completed in conformance with the contract with K.R. Swerdfeger Construction, Inc of Pueblo West, Colorado. K.R. Swerdfeger Construction is entitled to final payment due on July 15, 2019. Claims for labor and materials furnished to the Contractor must be submitted to the Town of Jackson (Attn: Johnny Ziem-Assistant Public Works Director), P.O. Box 1687, Jackson, WY, 83001 prior to the specified date of final payment (July 15, 2019). Publish: June 5, 12, and 19, 2019.
