Description: The County of Greene, Virginia, invites qualified firms to submit proposals for providing Reassessment services on real property in Greene County. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to establish a contract through competitive negotiations with one (1) qualified firm to perform two General Reassessments of all real property at its fair market value in money as of January 1, 2027, and January 1, 2029, as stated in Section 58.1-3201 of the Code of Virginia.
