Description
The Bedford Regional Water Authority (BRWA) is soliciting proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to provide engineering services under a term contract on an as needed basis for FY2026. Services may include evaluations, feasibility studies, cost estimating, preliminary engineering, surveying, design, construction administration, inspection, hydraulic modeling, GIS support, and technical assistance related to BRWA’s water and wastewater systems. BRWA may award contracts to more than one firm in accordance with §2.2-4302.2 of the Code of Virginia (Competitive Negotiation) and §2.2-4303.1 governing A/E term contracts, which limit cumulative annual project fees to $10,000,000 and any single project to $2,500,000. Firms must submit an SF-330 and demonstrate relevant experience, capabilities, and qualifications. All questions should be directed to Roger Blankenship ( rblankenship@brwa.com ) before 4:00 pm on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. Proposals are due April 3, 2026, at 4:00 pm.
