<p>SSC in its role as Program Management entity, and on behalf of USF, is issuing this Invitation to Negotiate solicitation (Solicitation) notice seeking to establish multiple Continuing Contracts for Professional Services, as defined by Florida BOG Regulation 14.001, with multiple Professional Service Providers, including (but not limited to) Architects, Landscape Architects, MEP Engineers, Civil/Structural Engineers, Registered Land Surveyors, Geotechnical Engineering firms, Hazardous Material Consultants, HVAC Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing firms, Electrical Testing firms, Building System Commissioning firms, Construction Materials Testing firms, and Other Specialty Consultant firms, etc. to provide professional architectural, engineering, and consulting services, as defined by and in compliance with<br>any and all applicable laws, for minor projects at all USF locations.</p>
