Description

The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids for a new Howard Nursery-Forestry Headquarters Building to be used for PGC forestry work, general training and public use areas.
The scope of the project includes the construction of an approximate 40’ x 80’with attached vestibule totaling 4,240 sq.ft.
The building will be completed with conventual wood stud framing and trussed roof structure.
The roof structure will include several cathedral ceiling areas.
The building will also include installation of composite siding and imitation stone veneer exterior facade finishes, metal roof panels, concrete floor, insulation, interior wall finishes with GWB and wood paneling, installation of entry and interior doors, installation of windows, installation of HVAC, electrical and plumbing building systems and other building appurtenances.
Bids will be opened electronically and read in the Division of Contracts and Procurement, located at 2001 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110-9797, on Thursday, February 5 at 2:00 PM.
In accordance with the Separation Act (P.L. 155, May 1, 1913), separate bids are required and shall be submitted for the following Construction Contracts:
CONTRACT NO. 1 - GENERAL
CONTRACT NO. 2 –MECHANICAL
CONTRACT NO. 3 – PLUMBING
CONTRACT NO. 4 - ELECTRICAL
When bidding, amount Bid should be in dollars and cents-----no fractions of a cent will be accepted.
