Awards with total value under the Micro Purchase Threshold of $15,000 will be awarded with a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Government Purchase Card transaction from the local food services department. All quotes received by the submission deadline of December 5, 2025, 4:00 pm EST were considered. USP Canaan awarded quoted items to vendors that had a high past performance record, in accordance with FAR 12.203 regardless of the quotes with the lowest price as stated within the solicitation notice 15B21526Q00000001 . The award was made based off best value as the solicitation stated. The Government made award(s) to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer was considered to be the most advantageous to the Government.
