The County of Lehigh will receive sealed bids until 4:00 P.M. Local Time, March 25, 2026, and will publicly open said bids after 10:00 A.M. Local Time, March 26, 2026, for the UPS REPLACEMENT PROJECT at the 911 CENTER. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded immediately for no charge via the County’s website at https://www.lehighcounty.org/purchasing.aspx.A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site – 640 West Hamilton Street, Allentown, PA 18101 on March 13, 2026, commencing at 10:00 A.M. Bidders must arrive at the site’s lobby by 10:00 AM to be escorted to the secure meeting room. Late arrivals will not be permited to participate.GEORGE M.
