<p><strong>Performance and/or Design Requirements:</strong></p><p>Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind (FSDB) is in need of procuring a proprietary software license from QuaverEd for Quaver Music Resource K-8 software for FY 2026-2027.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Estimated Dollar Amount Not-to-Exceed:</strong> $2,700.00&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<strong>Intended source:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>QuaverEd, Inc.</p><p>65 Music Square West</p><p>Nashville, TN 37203</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Justification for single source acquisition:</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>QuaverEd, Inc. is the sole source provider of the following products worldwide:&nbsp;QuaverMusic (including Quaver’s PreK-8 General Music Curriculum, QuaverChristian Music Curriculum, Music Essentials, and ClassPlay), QuaverReady, Quaver Music Integration (QMIC), Quaver Pre-K, QuaverHealth*PE, QuaverHealth, QuaverPE, QuaverWellness, Careers in Music, Quaver Guitar Course, Quaver Keyboard Course, Quaver Production Course, and all online an dphysical resources available for students, parents, and teachers.&nbsp; These QuaverEd products are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and service marks.&nbsp;Additionally, QuaverEd, Inc. is also the sole source provider for official Quaver Workshops and Training (both in-person and virtual).</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>All contents of QuaverEd curriculum and instructional materials, with the exception of fifteen licensed songs, are property of QuaverEd, Inc. and protected by US copyright law.&nbsp;There are no other items or products available that offer the same purpose or function, and QuaverEd solely determines the prices for the above-named products.&nbsp; QuaverEd has no distribution or reseller agreements with any other publishers to sell our resources.&nbsp;</p>
