Print Bid Title: Design/Engineering for Calahan Park Courts and Stormwater Project Category: Current Requests for Quotes, Proposals and Bids Status: Closed Description: BPRW is seeking services from landscape architects, environmental engineers, and other relevant disciplines , to develop plans for the tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts as well as stormwater infrastructure adjacent to the courts at Calahan Park. The conceptual layout of the ‘courts’ area of the park was developed during the Comprehensive Planning for Calahan Park in 2022. The addition of a Stormwater facility at the end of Gove Court will help address stormwater flow from the street and enhance the Gove Court entry into the park. The existing courts are nearly 30 years old and the pavement, fencing, nets, and posts have all reached the end of their expected lifespan. How do I use the Market Snapshot?
It summarizes awarded-contract behavior for the opportunity’s NAICS and sector, including a recent pricing band (P10–P90), momentum, and composition. Use it as context, not a guarantee.
Is the data live?
The signal updates as new awarded notices enter the system. Always validate the official award and solicitation details on SAM.gov.
What do P10 and P90 mean?
P10 is the 10th percentile award size and P90 is the 90th percentile. Together they describe the typical spread of award values.
