TRIPS-26-MV-RFP</strong></p><p><strong>MINIVANS</strong></p><p>Notice is hereby given that the University of South Florida, Center for Urban Transportation Research, on behalf of the Florida Department of Transportation, will receive sealed proposals for the procurement of Minivans by agencies within the State of Florida. </p><p>The Request for Proposal package may be downloaded from the TRIPS Bonfire eProcurement Portal at the following website:</p><p><a href="https://tripsflorida.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities">https://tripsflorida.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities</a></p><p>A pre-proposal meeting will be held Wednesday, January 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. Attendance is not required, however, it is highly recommended that prospective proposers attend due to the complexities of this solicitation. The pre-proposal meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. Link information for the pre-proposal meeting is provided on the TRIPS Bonfire eProcurement Portal and within the solicitation package.</p><p>Submissions for this Request for Proposal will only be accepted via the TRIPS Bonfire eProcurement Portal not later than 3:30 PM EST, Friday, March 6, 2026.
