Description
The Town of Mead is seeking a highly qualified and locally accessible Owner's Representative (OR) firm to provide full project management services for the construction of a new Mead Police Facility. The OR will serve as the Town's principal point of contact from the current design phase through project closeout. The Town intends to procure the CM/GC during the Schematic Design phase to allow for early contractor collaboration on constructability, cost estimating, and value engineering. The selected Owner's Representative will be responsible for managing and leading the CM/GC procurement process, as well as all other aspects of project delivery. The Owner's Representative shall serve as the Town of Mead's principal point of contact and liaison between the architect (Infusion Architects, LLC), the CM/GC, and all other consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project. The OR shall advocate for the Town's interests of quality, timely delivery, and cost-sensitive design and construction while maintaining professional relationships with all project team members. Proposals will be time-stamped by the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System upon receipt. The Town of Mead (the “Town”) will only accept proposals submitted in the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System and will not accept hard-copy proposals or proposals submitted by any other means. The Town will not accept uploads that are "saved" but not "submitted." No proposal will be considered that has not been received by the deadline set forth above, as determined by the Town of Mead. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities. All proposals shall remain subject to acceptance for thirty (30) days after the time set for opening proposals.
