Description
This project consists of the fit-out of approximately 433 square feet of existing shell space within the second-floor Operating Room (OR) suite. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of a new surgical light, anesthesia boom, and video integration boom within OR #6. Work will also include associated architectural finishes, electrical systems, mechanical systems, fire protection modifications, and fire alarm modifications necessary to support the new equipment and comply with applicable codes and standards. Applicants must be prequalified by the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), for the Classification of GENERAL BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (GROUP C) to participate in this Prequalification Application.
