Print Bid Title: Full-Hookup RV Campground Project - Alcova Lake Category: Parks Status: Closed Description: Notice is hereby given that the Natrona County Parks Department will receive Proposals until 2:00 PM Local Time, June 2 nd , 2016, for the Full-Hookup RV Campground Project. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope with statement thereon "PROPOSAL ENCLOSED, Full-Hookup RV Campground Project” and submitted to the Natrona County Parks office; PO Drawer 848, 538 SW Wyo Blvd, Mills, WY 82644, at which time Proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud. No Proposal may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after this date. Natrona County reserves the right to reject any and all submittals, waive formalities, informalities and technicalities therein, and to accept whatever Proposal they determine to be in the best interest of the County; provided however, that any Proposal received after the time specified or without accompanying Bid Guaranty, as stated below, will not be considered. A properly executed Bid Guaranty payable to NATRONA COUNTY in the amount of 5% of the total base bid must accompany each Proposal. The Successful bidder will be required to execute an Agreement with Natrona County, in the form supplied in the Proposal Documents, within thirty (30) days after Notice of Award is issued. The Bid Guaranty will be forfeited as liquidated damages if the bidder fails to execute the Agreement within thirty (30) days after such Notice is issued, or fails to provide proper Guaranty, as approved. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 PM Local Time, May 26 th , 2016, at the office of Civil Engineering Professionals, Inc. 6080 Enterprise Drive Casper, Wyoming 82609. Attendance is mandatory . This Advertisement does not obligate the County to pay any costs incurred by respondents in the preparation or submission thereof. Furthermore, this does not obligate the County to accept or contract for any expressed or implied services.
