The work includes replacement of approximately 9,585 feet (Phase two, 3,824 ft; Phase three, 5,761 ft) of existing undersized sanitary sewer with a new 21-inch gravity main. Project includes new precast concrete manholes, reconnecting to existing mains, and reconnecting existing service lines. Existing surface conditions within the project extents will be restored to pre-project conditions. Surfacing impacts include asphalt and concrete roadway sections, driveways, and recreation path; non-paved areas; and landscaping. Other work includes auger bore trenchless installation, erosion control, traffic control, storm sewer replacement, coordination with other existing utilities, and other ancillary work required for a complete project.
