Description
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a fixed-price purchase order to Green Street Advisors, LLC for subscription to global news and statistics on asset-backed and mortgage-backed securitization activities and commercial mortgage-backed securities. The Contracting Officer has determined that Green Street Advisors, LLC is the only source that can fully meet the SEC’s requirements in accordance with RFO 12.102. Green Street’s Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) and Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) databases and newsletters are the only known subscriptions with comprehensive datasets to meet the SEC’s requirements. The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated is anticipated to be for one Base Year and the award will include up to four Option Years. The total award value will be below the threshold specified in 12.201-1 for use of Simplified Procedures.
The SEC intends to award a purchase order to Green Street Advisors, LLC on or about April 15, 2026. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued. However, the government will give consideration to interested parties that identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by the response date of this notice.
