The bidder must complete a Terms and Conditions Sheet and be in attendance for a bid to be submitted. Bids will not be accepted over the phone. Awardee understands and agrees that the auction, sale, and removal of the building at 620 North Lawler Street is for the building itself in as is condition and the removal thereof. No interest in the real property itself shall accrue, transfer, or otherwise vest in Awardee, other than the right of ingress and egress to complete the removal of the building as provided in the Terms and Conditions Sheet. Awardee shall have the right to take anything attached to the building outside or inside. The Awardee shall make payment in full for the building at the time of the auction. The Terms and Conditions Sheet is on file in the Office of the Finance Officer, and may be obtained from the Engineering Department, 612 North Main Street, Mitchell, South Dakota 57301. Bidder agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions Sheet if bidding on the property. Please contact the Office of Public Works at (605)995-8433 or stop at the office at 612 N Main Street to schedule a viewing of the building. The City of Mitchell reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
