Topics to be discussed will include expectations prior to Notice to Proceed, specifically engaging all subcontractors and submittal processing. Description: Description:Construction of a new municipal water supply wellhouse to include: o Masonry building o Well pump and associated mechanical piping o Chemical feed equipment o HVAC and plumbing o Electrical and instrumentation equipment Site work including paving and roadway construction, water main and sanitary connections, sewer lining, and outdoor standby power systems. SCADA and controls work to integrate the new water supply wellhouse into the Village’s existing SCADA system. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of McFarland within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal pipeline construction. The Village of McFarland reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid.
