Sheldon Oak Central Inc. (SOC) seeks, through a Request for Proposals (RFP), construction services in connection with rehabilitation, modernization and/or construction activities at Bacon Congregate (BC), a 23-unit residential community, plus a two-bedroom live-in staff apartment which will be bid as an alternate.
