Print Bid Title: Natural Bridge Road Pavement Rehabilitation Project Category: County Road Projects Status: Closed Description: Notice is hereby given that Converse County, Wyoming, will receive sealed bids for the Natural Bridge Road Pavement Rehabilitation Project. Bids will be received at Converse County, 107 North 5th Street, Douglas, WY, in the Commissioners’ Conference Room until 2:00 p.m. (local time), March 23, 2017, at which time and place said bids will be opened publicly and read aloud. The improvement shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following major construction items: total reconstruction of approximately 4.4 miles of Natural Bridge Road (Converse County Road 13), a paved road in Converse County, and 0.4 miles of asphalt overlay. Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond, made payable to Converse County for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid. Bidding documents may be obtained beginning March 8, 2017, by logging on to the www.inberg-miller.com website and clicking on “Bid Documents”. These documents are available only in digital format for a non-refundable fee of $10.00. On-line registration is mandatory for all bidders. The Issuing Office is Inberg-Miller Engineers, 830 East Richards Street, Suite #1, Douglas, WY 82633, ph. 307-359-7000. A mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held at 10:30 a.m. on March 15, 2017, in the Community Room of the Converse County Courthouse at 107 North 5th Street, Douglas, WY. All Bidders are required to attend. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.
