Description

Scope of Work: Includes but is not limited to the work required to permanently decommission the existing elevator within the Main Street parking garage to ensure access into the elevator shaft is eliminated, all electrical circuits associated with elevator operations are terminated and the remaining infrastructure is rendered safe. This shall include all necessary work associated with the Connecticut Basic Building Code, the BOCA National Building Code, the BOCA National Mechanical Code and the Connecticut Fire Safety Code as amended.
