Services will be effective from July 2025 to July 2028. The purpose of this RFQ is to develop a long-term working relationship with one or more firms for a three-year period, without having to request an RFQ on a project-by-project basis. Our objectives are to become more time and cost effective; to minimize the learning curve relative to a firm’s ability to become familiar with our buildings; and to be more responsive to bidding critical projects by eliminating individual designer selection RFQ process for City projects.
