Address bids to City of Cody, PO Box 2200, 1338 Rumsey Avenue, Cody, Wyoming 82414. Mark “Bid No. 2012-10, Surplus Electrical Poles” on the outside of the envelope. Faxed bids will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and further reserves the right to waive any informalities if deemed in the best interest of the City. Sealed bids are due to the City of Cody no later than August 24, 2012 at 9:00 AM. Bid opening will be held at that time at Cody’s City Hall.
