Bid Recipient: Multiple, See Related Documents Description: The intent of this Request for Proposal is to obtain firm percentage discount from list price proposals from firms specializing in providing materials for public libraries including, but not limited to, Adult trade hardcover books, Juvenile trade hardcover books, Reinforced library bindings, Adult trade paperback books, Adult mass market paperback books, Juvenile paperback books, University Press books, Small Press books, DVD/Blu-rays, Audiobooks (digital and on CD), and e-books. To obtain the largest possible range of materials and services, the County intends to award contract(s) to a pool of providers. The size of the pool will be determined by the number and quality of proposals received. Depending upon the type of material or service required, the County will purchase the needed materials or services from the Contractor(s) who offer the best prices and services to the County. Cataloging and processing services are optional. Inability to provide these services may not preclude an offeror from being selected as a pool provider.
