The U.S. Embassy to the Belgium intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Waste Disposal. BPA is not a standard agreement or Contract as it does not involve any financial commitment. Rather, it serves as an overarching agreement that allows the individuals named on the agreement to request services. Only companies or individuals specializing in this field should apply by providing indicative pricing information. It is compulsory for all companies doing business with the U.S. Government valued over $40,000 to register on the website “SAM – System for Award Management” www.sam.gov. The website compiles standard information such as the company’s legal name, street address, contact information, and what kind of goods and services it offers. An NCAGE code is required to register in SAM. If you do not have this information, it must be obtained before registering. There is no cost involved, neither to obtaining the NCAGE code nor to register in SAM. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to register their business as soon as possible to avoid any delay in making an award to the successful bidder. Interested parties are required to download the attached package and submit their pricing information via email to BrusselsBids@state.gov, ensuring that the email subject line references BPA I.D. #19BE2026Q0009. Quotations must be received no later than 14:00 (local Time) on December 29, 2025.
