Title: Nuclear Physicist – Nuclear Data Evaluation and Reaction Modeling Support

This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under Contract DE-SC0012704 with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for market research and acquisition planning purposes. This RFI is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quote (RFQ), does not constitute a solicitation, and does not obligate Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA) or the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to issue a solicitation, make an award, or reimburse any costs incurred in responding.

BSA is seeking information from qualified organizations or individuals regarding their capabilities to support nuclear data evaluation, reaction modeling, and coordination activities, as described in the attached RFI Document. Information received will assist BSA in assessing available technical expertise and informing potential future acquisition strategies.

Respondents are requested to submit the following:

a) An indication of interest in performing the services described in the attached RFI Document.
b) A brief Statement of Capabilities describing how the respondent meets the requirements outlined in the RFI Document.
c) Complete responses to the questions contained in the RFI Document, including supporting documentation where requested.

Submittals must be received no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday, February 10, 2026. Late responses may not be considered.
