AE to provide pre-schematic programming/planning, concept design, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration services for the potential renovation of the existing Public Safety Facility, or potentially replacement of the current Public Safety Facility with a new ground up facility. Specific responsibilities are outlined in this Request for Proposal.
