This activity is envisioned to include the formal re-platting of the centre into smaller lots of generally less than 10 acres. The plat will need to proceed through the normal platting process in compliance with the Code of City Ordinances and Community Development Department standards. A general master plan of the centre is in progress and is scheduled to be completed in the near future. The plat will need to respect the master plan as it is completed. Read More....
