Greene County Department of DevelopmentADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALSSealed proposals will be received by the Greene County Board of CommissionersDepartment of Development until 12:00pm, March 31st, 2026 at which time theproposals will be opened at their office, 61 Greene St., Xenia, OH 45385 for thefollowing program:FY25 COMMUNITY HOUSING IMPACT & PRESERVATION PROGRAM ANDCOMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAMREHABILITATION SPECIALIST AND LEAD RISK ASSESSOR SERVICES TO ASSISTWITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF GRANT PROGRAM.The instructions to proposers and proposal forms are on file and available at theGreene County Department of Development, 61 Greene St., Xenia, OH 45385.Copies of documents may be obtained at the above-mentioned address betweenthe hours of 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. or emailed at your request.Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, properly identified with theproposer’s name, proposal opening date, and a statement that it is a sealedproposal covering the material or services for which the proposal is submitted.Proposals shall be addressed to, Jackson Mescher, Greene County Department ofDevelopment, 61 Greene St., Xenia, OH 45385.This notice and all further advertisements will be available for review on theGreene County website: https://www.greenecountyohio.gov/bids.aspxProjects will be funded with federal funds from the Ohio Department ofDevelopment - Community Services Division, Office of Community Enhancements,Community Development Block Grant Program and HOME Funds.
