Description

The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids for a new Access Road to be used as an entrance to State Game Lands 042.
The scope of the project includes the construction of a new access road with a tar and chip wearing coarse, highway guiderail removal and installation, and removal of existing culvert pipes.
Bids will be opened electronically and read in the Division of Contracts and Procurement, located at 2001 Elmerton Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17110-9797, on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM.
In accordance with the Separation Act (P.L. 155, May 1, 1913), separate bids are required and shall be submitted for the following Construction Contracts:
CONTRACT NO. 1 - GENERAL
When bidding, amount Bid should be in dollars and cents-----no fractions of a cent will be accepted.

Any questions concerning completion of the electronic Bid should be directed to the PGC Contracts and Procurement Division at 717-787-6594.
Bidders should visit the site to ascertain the pertinent conditions such as access, site contours, proximity of utilities, and general site conditions in the work area.
