Address bids to City of Cody, PO Box 2200, 1338 Rumsey Avenue, Cody, Wyoming 82414. Mark “Bid 2012-20, Surplus Transformers” on the outside of the envelope. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Sealed bids are due to the City no later than December 5, 2012 at 10:00 AM. Bid opening will be held at that time at Cody’s City Hall.
