Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, parts, materials, supplies, permits, and incidentals necessary to provide demolition services, abate all hazardous materials, and provide environmental plans as required. Location of Services: Napa/Sonoma Marshes Wildlife Area - Green Island Unit 2983 Green Island Road, American Canyon, CA 94503 Napa County Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE): The minimum DVBE participation percentage goal is 3%. Failure to fulfill the DVBE requirement will render your bid non-responsive. DVBE Incentive: For evaluation purposes only, an incentive will be given to bidders who exceed the 3% DVBE participation requirements. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders. Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor participation: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a copy of your certification must be submitted with the bid proposal). As of March 1, 2015, Senate Bill 854 requires that ¿No Contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations for projects greater than $25,000.00¿. Failure to register with DIR or list sub-contractors not registered will render your bid non-responsive.
