697DCK-26-R-00144 AMENDMENT 00001 RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS 3/23/26

CORRECTION  THIS IS SET ASIDE FOR WOMAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS  

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Acquisitions, College Park, GA, is issuing Screening Information Request (SIR) Number 697DCK-26-R-00144,  Janitorial services at Morristown ATCT, NJ, Lancaster ATCT, PA and Middleton ATCT, PA as detailed in the Statement of Work attached to the Solicitation and in accordance with the Acquisition Management System (AMS) 3.2.2.2 Policy as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  

This is a firmed fixed priced (FFP) procurement for Set- Aside Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) competition for Base plus 4 one-year option periods.

Base Year   5/15/2026 -4/30/2027

OY 1          5/01/2027 -4/30/2028

OY 2          5/01/2028 -4/30/2029

OY 3         5/01/2029 -4/30/2030

OY 4         5/01/2030 -4/30/2031

The contractor must supply all materials, supplies, and tools necessary to accomplish all tasks as outlined in the SOW. All materials and supplies must be in accordance with FAA SOW's and DOL Wage Determinations.

All Questions/Requests for information (RFO) must be emailed to attention: Jennifer Walker-Gomez (aaq530proposals@faa.gov) no later than March 23, 2026, at 1:00 pm EST. NO PHONE CALLS, PLEASE. Response to all questions will be posted on SAM.GOV via an SIR Amendment NLT March 26, 2026 at 4:30 pm EST

Proposals must be received by email no later than the specified date and time listed in block 8 of the solicitation document to Jennifer Walker-Gomez (aaq530proposals@faa.gov). Proposals will only be accepted at the provided email address all other email address will be disregarded.

Any responses received after the closing date and time may not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submission, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals.

This RFO is not to be constructed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to preparation and Submission of required proposal documentation.
