Print Bid Number: 2023-10 Bid Title: Ruby Amphitheater Re-Roofing Category: Construction Status: Closed Description: Sealed Bids for the Ruby Amphitheater Re-Roofing will be received by THE CITY OF MORGANTOWN at the office of the FINANCE DIRECTOR until 2:15 pm local time on June 21, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be PUBLICLY opened and read. The Project consists of the Removal of the edge flashing and existing spray foam roofing, proper disposal of removed materials and install new Roofing Material at the Hazel Ruby McQuain Park Amphitheater. Work will begin on site no earlier than October 2, 2023. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is, City of Morgantown Public Works Department, 200 M-Tec Drive, 304-291-7465. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents online at http://morgantownwv.gov/bids.aspx Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Finance Office, Monday through Thursday 7:00am to 5:00pm upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $50.00 for each set. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to “City of Morgantown.” Upon request and receipt of the document fee indicated above plus a non-refundable shipping charge, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
