Description
The Department of General Services (DGS) is soliciting Suppliers to submit qualifications for a statewide Seed and Fertilizer Products Invitation to Qualify (ITQ). Suppliers that meet the qualifications will be awarded a contract and may be eligible to respond to a Request for Quotes (RFQ).
First, if they have not already done so, Suppliers should be registered as a PA Supplier and receive a supplier number. Suppliers can register at:

Suppliers are also required to create a user profile within our JAGGAER portal, if they have not already done so, and select one of the following Commodity Codes: 10151700 - Wildlife Habitat Seed Products; 10151600 - Crop Farming Seed Products; or 10170000 Fertilizer and Lime Products
