Description
The City of Bismarck is requesting bids for Lawn Care Service for the mowing and cleanup for sites in the city limits of Bismarck ND. The City of Bismarck Public Works Service Operations is requesting Bids for lawn care services, for a one (1) year agreement with automatic renewal of two (2) additional one-year terms (total of up to 3 years) with the City. Bids will be received in the offices of the City Administrator until 3:00 PM CT. on Monday, March 16, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and reviewed at 4:00 PM CT on Monday, March 16, 2026.The award will be made on the lowest overall bid. The successful bidder must furnish copies of insurance certificates for such coverage upon signing the contract. Insurance companies listed must be licensed in the State of North Dakota. The City of Bismarck shall be named as an additional insured with a Waiver of Subrogation written or checked on the policy. Limits of the policy: Commercial General Liability: $2,000,000 each occurrence and Automobile Liability: $2,000,000 each occurrence and $500,000 per person.The right is reserved to hold all Bids for a period of forty-five (45) days, to reject any and all Bids, to waive technicalities or to accept such as may be determined to be in the best interest of the City of Bismarck.Invitation for Bids R & S Lawn Care Services (PDF)
