One Flat Badge with Wallet Clip Attachment. Badge Specifications: Hi-Glo Finish White Full Color Hawaii Seal (HI7) Block Blue Lettering Circle Panel Printing: Top – Circle Printing: SHERIFFCHAPLAIN Bottom – Circle Printing: STATE OF HAWAII Bottom Panel: Badge numbering – 1-5 Text Separator: DOT White Full Color Hawaii Seal (HI7) All costs related to this projects shall be included in the pricing submitted. All vendors interested in submitting proposals shall submit a written estimate attached to their on-line submission detailing their submission and cost items. These estimates will be used prior to award to review the submission by the vendor to ensure it meets our specifications prior to the formal award being issued. NO SUBSTITUTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
