On behalf of the Groton Alliance for Substance Use Prevention (GASP), Ledge Light Health District (LLHD) is requesting proposals for the following services: The selected contractor will design, administer, analyze and report on a survey of youth in Groton Middle and High Schools regarding their health and wellbeing, behaviors, and perceptions. The selected contractors will support the development of all required evaluation documents required by the grant funder for the completion of the grant cycle.
