Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing Conducting Procurement Unit: Utah Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) The purpose of this request for proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to collect, analyze, and report data needed to plan and evaluate overall and program-specific effectiveness of Tobacco Prevention and Control Program (TPCP) interventions funded by the Utah Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS).
